The Monti Sibillini Park is a perfect area for hiking\u00a0throughout the year, with\u00a0Monte Vettore (2,476m) as its highest peak. Ringed by mountains is the Piano Grande; quite impressive and especially known for its beautiful floral displays end of June. The same goes for the \u2018Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga\u2019. When the sky is clear, you can see the majestic \u2018Corno Grande\u2019 (2.912m) from almost anywhere in\u00a0Le Marche. Apart from these mountainous landscapes, the ‘Gola della Rossa e di Frasassi’ is famous for its impressive caves which can be explored in many different ways: from a simple group- to exciting potholing excursions.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The land between the high mountains and the coast is quite hilly. It looks like a patchwork made up of vineyards, olives and fruit trees, sunflowers and cornfields. Ideal for trips by bicycle, motorbike or car. Narrow winding roads with breathtaking views will lead you to medieval villages which have a bar or \u2018gelataria\u2019 on every street corner!<\/p>\n

The coastline of Le Marche is almost 100 miles long. Interrupted at Ancona by the \u2018Monte Conero’ National Park with its typical steep limestone cliffs and small cosy beaches. Further down the coast are both wide sandy and pebbled beaches for some typical seaside fun!
