Apartments

The four apartments for guests are all of a different size and arrangement, with many authentic details. They have their own entrance and consist of a living room with a small kitchen, separate bedroom(s) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartments are relatively cool in the summer, due to the thick walls and shutters. Heating has been installed for the colder months.

There is a lot of outdoor space with several benches in the sun or shade around the house and in the garden. You can enjoy the nice view in complete peacefulness with a glass of wine, or read a book from the library on a sunbed.

The four apartments can also be rented in combination, or altogether. It is possible to rent the communal kitchen and library for a group of friends or a family up to 12 persons.

Camping

In and around the walnut orchard we have made a mini-campsite for 12 tents. Guests can choose a tent side for their own tent, or rent a family tent. There is also a possibility to ‘glamp’ in a Tipitent. The campsite has a large meadow for a game of volleyball or badminton. The small Serrone River flows alongside the campsite (not accessible). There is an outdoor shower for cooling down. The campsite is a car-free zone. Guests get help to load and unload their cars on arrival and departure.

Spacious, fresh and complete; that’s what guests can expect of our sanitary building. The building has 6 marvelous hot showers, clean toilets, and good (dish and clothes) hand-washing facilities as well as several fridges for the campsite guests.

It is also possible to charge smartphones and tablets inside. A washing machine can be used at a small charge.

There is a large kitchen and a library in one of the original animal stalls of the house. You can use it for information, to order something, to borrow a book or to consult the outdoor-map. You can have a snack or enjoy a drink on the terrace beside the kitchen. We sell products from our estate (olive oil, marmalades etc.) in our little shop in the kitchen and in the season there is fresh bread every day. Once or twice a week we cook an Italian meal for our guests. There is WIFI on the terrace. In lowseason guests from the campsite can use the garden of the house if they want to.
