This statement concerns cookies and external services on the Agriturismo Sopra e Sotto website, including the Lavender Shop. Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Scripts, embedded maps and videos may also pass data such as your IP address and browser information to an external provider.

Managing your choice

Necessary cookies remain active. Statistics and external content are loaded only after consent. “Reject” refuses the optional categories; “View preferences” lets you choose by category. You can change your choice later through “Manage consent” at the bottom of the page or the button below. Withdrawal stops loading on a subsequent page visit; it does not automatically delete data previously shared with a provider with your consent.

Necessary functions

We use functional cookies for cookie preferences, language settings, security and the shopping cart. The cart also works if you refuse optional cookies. Complianz cookies retain your consent choice for up to 180 days. You can delete them sooner through your browser or adjust your choice here.

WooCommerce may use woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart during your browser session, and wp_woocommerce_session_* for up to two days, to remember your cart. The shop cookies actually placed depend on your use of the shop. More information: WooCommerce cookies.

Statistics: StatCounter

After consent to “Statistics”, we load StatCounter to understand how the website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors find the site and which device and browser they use. StatCounter may process data including IP address, time and visit information.

According to StatCounter, sc_is_visitor_unique may be used for up to two years and is_unique for up to five years. Placement also depends on browser settings and service configuration. These periods are separate from the 180 days for which our banner remembers your choice. See StatCounter cookies and the StatCounter privacy statement.

External content and spam protection

The “Marketing” category in the preferences window includes external services that may use their own cookies or similar technologies. We use this category for the content and spam protection below; this does not mean that we ourselves run advertising campaigns or create visitor profiles.

  • Google Maps: the embedded map on Contact. Without consent, the map remains blocked. You can use the ordinary directions link to open Google Maps yourself.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: spam protection for forms. Without consent, this external service is not loaded. A form requiring reCAPTCHA may therefore not be submitted; you can also email us directly.

When you allow these services, Google may receive information about your device, IP address and usage, and process it under its own policies. Cookies and retention periods may vary by service, account status and browser. Consult the current Google cookie information and Google privacy statement.

Deleting cookies and further information

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. If you block all cookies, necessary functions such as the shopping cart may not work properly. Deleting existing cookies does not replace changing your consent choice.
